On May 19 – 21, 2024, management from Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (the “Company”) will be meeting with investors, analysts, and other members of the financial community during the 2024 American Gas Association (AGA) Financial Forum. The Company will also be making a formal presentation to these constituents on May 20, 2024. The Company’s investor presentation includes certain forward-looking information.
