1. Trident ECC Aggregator LP ("Aggregator") directly owns 5,822,728 shares of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "Common Stock"). Trident Capital IX, L.P. ("Trident Capital IX"), as the general partner of Aggregator, may be deemed a beneficial owner of securities held by Aggregator, but disclaims such beneficial ownership except to the extent of Trident Capital IX's pecuniary interest therein.
