On August 21, 2023, PFS Bancorp, Inc., the proposed holding company of Peru Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing the commencement of its stock offering in connection with the Bank’s proposed conversion from the mutual form of organization to the stock form of organization. A copy of the press release is filed as an exhibit hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
