There is no minimum required contribution to the Corporation’s Pension Plan during 2012; however, the Corporation made a $12.0 million contribution to the Pension Plan during the first quarter of 2012 related to the 2011 plan year.

401(k) Savings Plan expense for the Corporation’s match of participants’ base compensation contributions and a 4% of eligible pay contribution to certain employees who are not grandfathered under the Pension Plan was $0.8 million and $0.7 million for the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
