NOTE 6 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 6 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company paid $150,000 in notes payables with accrued interest to related parties during the first quarter of 2019. The balance in the accrued expense attributable to related parties is $70,370 and $341,624 at March 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019, respectively.
