NOTE 5 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 5 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company repaid $150,000 in notes payables with accrued interest to related parties during the first quarter of 2019. The balance in the accrued expense attributable to related parties is $174,500 and $329,624 at June 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, respectively.
