Amendment description	EXPLANATORY NOTE This Amendment No. 1 to Annual Report on Form 10-K/A (this “Amended Report”) is being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to amend the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 (the “Original 10-K”) of WORLDS, INC. solely to correct the disclosure with respect to certain employee stock options. No other changes are being made and this Amended Report still speaks only as of the date it was initially filed.
