4. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

As of July 31, 2024, the director of the Company, Oleg Bilinski, advanced $105,931 to the Company. During the three months ended July 31, 2024, Oleg Bilinski advanced to the Company $11,209 for the Company's operating expenses and 10,647 was repaid to the Director. During the three months ended July 31, 2023, Oleg Bilinski advanced to the Company $6,640 for the Company's operating expenses and 5 was repaid to the Director. This loan is for up to $120,000, unsecured, interest-free, with no fixed payment term, for working capital purposes. The note is non-interest bearing and is due on demand.
