Attached to this report on Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release issued by Toro Corp. (the “Company”) on April 27, 2023, announcing that the Company, through four wholly owned subsidiaries, entered into agreements to purchase three 2015 Japanese-built 5,000 cbm LPG vessels and one 2020 Japanese-built 5,000 cbm LPG vessel for an aggregate purchase price of $70.7 million from an unaffiliated third party.
