Item 8.01. Other Matters

 

Magellan Health Services, Inc. (the “Company”) has been informed by a customer in its Pharmacy Solutions segment that such customer will not renew its contract for specialty pharmacy services. Such contract will expire on December 31, 2013. For the year ended December 31, 2012 and six months ended June 30, 2013, the Company had revenues of $73.8 million and $43.3 million, respectively, from this customer.  Such revenues were primarily from dispensing activity.
