Gain from Sale of Office Premises	GAIN FROM SALE OF OFFICE PREMISES During the Fiscal 2011 First Quarter we sold office premises in Hong Kong, which served as the home office for our international sourcing operations, for gross proceeds of $7,512,000 and recognized a gain on the sale of $5,185,000. Our international sourcing operations now utilize leased space in Hong Kong.
