SECOND ANNUAL CONSUMER FOCUS FORUM



Bensalem, PA., October 25, 2006 - Charming Shoppes, Inc., (NASDAQ: CHRS) a leading multi-brand, multi-channel specialty apparel retailer specializing in women's plus-size apparel, is scheduled to participate in Susquehanna International Group’s Second Annual Consumer Focus Forum on Thursday, October 26, 2006, at 10:20 a.m., Eastern time.
