Effective December 29, 2023, Timothy L. Triplett resigned as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer for family reasons. Greg Campbell, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, will assume responsibilities as Executive Chairman to facilitate a smooth transition while the Company commences a search for a new Chief Executive Officer.
