ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCRUALS	NOTE 4. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCRUALS As of September 30, 2023 and June 30, 2023, the balance of accounts payable and accrued expenses was $33,403 and $33,912, respectively. As of September 30, 2023, $29,378 of the balance was due to our share transfer agent and $4,025 related to accounting fees.
