On May 21, 2024, Neo-Concept International Group Ltd (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that on May 21, 2024, the Company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC (“Liwa”), a prominent retail group headquartered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) to establish a joint venture in the UAE.
