On October 17, 2023, Sculptor Diversified Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (“we” or “us”) released the NAV per share for each share class of our common stock as of September 30, 2023, which amounts are as follows:

We calculate NAV per share in accordance with the valuation guidelines that have been approved by our board of directors. Our total NAV presented in the following tables includes the NAV of our Class F and Class FF common shares, which were reduced by the noncontrolling interests in our consolidated subsidiary and the Operating Partnership.
