On September 11, 2024, Denali Capital Acquisition Corp. issued a press release announcing that it deposited $15,036.74 into the Trust Account in order to extend the period of time it has to consummate a business combination by one month, from the current deadline of September 11, 2024 to October 11, 2024, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
