Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

In connection with a leadership reorganization of QuidelOrtho Corporation (the “Company”), which resulted in Joseph M. Busky, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, assuming additional responsibilities, including oversight of the Company’s Information Technology function, on November 18, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors approved an increase to Mr. Busky’s base salary from $586,328 to $680,000, effective as of the Effective Date, which includes a merit increase for 2025.
