On May 6, 2024, Joseph Gitto, a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of iCoreConnect Inc. (the “Company”) resigned from his position as member of the Board. Such resignation was effective immediately. Mr. Gitto’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
