On November 25, 2024, HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (the “Company”) published a notice (the “Notice”) that it will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on December 30, 2024, with a record date on December 2, 2024. Within the next week, the Company will distribute a proxy statement (which will include the full version of the proposed resolutions) and a proxy card to all shareholders of record as of the record date.
