Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 10, 2024, Forza X1, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a Separation Agreement with Dan Norton, the Company’s President, pursuant to which Mr. Norton and the Company mutually agreed to terminate his employment with the Company, effective as of September 30, 2024 (the “Separation Agreement”). Mr. Norton did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.

 

The foregoing description of the Separation Agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Separation Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1, and which is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
