Announcement of Completion of its Business Combination with Poema Global Holdings Corp. and Trading of the Company’s Ordinary Shares and Warrants

On April 5, 2022, Gogoro Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce the completion of its business combination with Poema Global Holdings Corp. and that the ordinary shares and warrants of the Company are to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
