Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered

The securities to be registered hereunder are common shares of beneficial interest, with no par value per share (the “Shares”), of the 2x Bitcoin Strategy ETF (the “Fund”), a series of the Volatility Shares Trust (the “Registrant”). An application for listing of the Shares of the Fund has been filed with and approved by Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. A description of the Shares is contained in the Fund’s prospectus, which is a part of Post-Effective Amendment No. 13 under the Securities Act of 1933 and Amendment No. 15 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 on Form N-1A (File Nos. 333-263619 and 811-23785), filed on June 23, 2023.
