On November 14, 2023, DraftKings Inc. (the “Company”) will host a virtual Investor Day beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST, at which the Company will present and distribute to the investment community a slide presentation to provide updates and summaries of its business (the “Investor Day Presentation”). The Company is posting to the “Investor Relations” portion of its website at https://draftkings.gcs-web.com/investor-relations-dkng a copy of the Investor Day Presentation. A copy of the Investor Day Presentation is also attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
