On November 22, 2022, Ivanhoe Electric Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release with respect to its Tintic copper-gold project in Utah. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein in its entirety.
