On January 3, 2023, Super Group (SGHC) Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has completed the acquisition of Digital Gaming Corporation Limited (“DGC”), an online sports betting and iGaming company with market access in up to twelve U.S. states, seven of which are live today.. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
