Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 3, 2023, Brad J. Brutocao resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Arhaus, Inc. (the “Company”). The resignation of Mr. Brutocao was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. In connection with Mr. Brutocao’s resignation, the Board reduced the size of the Board to nine directors.
