Options to purchase 8,455,797 and 1,430,590 shares of the Company’s common stock for the three months ended March 31, 2024 and March 31, 2023, respectively, were not included in the computation of diluted net income per share because the exercise prices of these options were greater than the average market price per share of the Company’s common stock for the applicable period, and therefore would have been anti-dilutive.
