Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 19, 2022, Constellation Energy Corporation (“Constellation”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to report the election of Nneka Rimmer to the board of directors effective November 1, 2022. At the time of that filing, the Constellation board had not yet determined which committees Ms. Rimmer would be appointed to serve on. This Form 8-K/A is being filed to provide this information.

Effective December 6, 2022, Ms. Rimmer was appointed to serve on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nuclear Oversight Committee.
