Officer Changes

On May 16, 2023, the Board appointed John Maloney, the Company’s Finance Director, to serve as its interim principal financial officer and interim principal accounting officer, effective as of May 19, 2023. The Company is currently undertaking a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
