On June 11, 2024, Mark Nelson notified Ault Disruptive Technologies Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), of his decision to resign as a director of the Company, effective immediately, for personal reasons. Mr. Nelson’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, or its management on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Nelson for his contributions.
