Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares that were awarded to Mr. Weinstein by INFINT Acquisition Corporation ("INFINT") in connection with his appointment as Chair of INFINT's Board of Directors. INFINT recently completed a business combination with Seamless Group Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company ("Seamless"), under the terms of a Business Combination Agreement, dated August 13, 2022, as amended October 20, 2022, November 29, 2022 and February 20, 2023, by and among INFINT, FINTECH Merger Sub Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company and a wholly owned subsidiary of INFINT, and Seamless.
