On November 27, 2023, Tharimmune, Inc. issued a press release announcing positive phase 1 data with TH104, a proprietary transmucosal buccal film which easily adheres to the inside of the mouth. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
