On October 13, 2023, Nuvalent, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing updated preliminary phase 1 dose escalation clinical data from its ongoing ALKOVE-1 Phase 1/2 clinical trial of NVL-655 for patients with advanced anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive non-small cell lung cancer and other solid tumors. The Company will host a conference call to discuss the updated preliminary data today and will present such data at the 35th AACR-NCI-EORTC (ANE) Symposium today. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
