Pursuant to section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations, this report describes the matters decided at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held virtually on September 26, 2023. All matters voted upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company were voted upon by proxy or virtually at the meeting.
