Subsequent Events [Text Block]	15. Subsequent Events For its Financial Statements as of September 30, 2024, and for the three months then ended, the Company evaluated subsequent events through the date on which the Financial Statements were issued. All subsequent events not disclosed elsewhere in this Quarterly Report are disclosed below. *ATM Facility* During the period October 1, 2024 through November 13, 2024, the Company had sold 1,534,356 shares of its common stock for net proceeds of $2.5 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
