AMENDMENT NO. 7

TO

AMENDED AND RESTATED SUB-ADVISORY CONTRACT

This Amendment dated as of July 1, 2021, amends the Amended and Restated Sub-Advisory Contract (the “Contract”), dated July 1, 2020, between Invesco Advisers, Inc. (the “Adviser”) and Invesco Asset Management (India) Private Limited (the “Sub-Adviser”).

WHEREAS, the parties agree to amend the Agreement to add Invesco Dynamic Credit Opportunity Fund;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the mutual covenants herein contained, it is agreed between the parties hereto as follows:

1. Exhibit A to the Contract is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
