Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 22, 2024, Alexander Hornung resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Mountain & Co. I Acquisition Corp. (“MCAA”) and Thomas Middelhoff resigned as Chief Strategy Officer of MCAA, in each case effective immediately.  Mr. Hornung and Dr. Middelhoff resigned for personal reasons.
