[1] Includes up to 750,000 Founder Shares subject to forfeiture if the over-allotment option was not exercised in full or in part by the underwriters (see Note 5). As a result of the underwriters’ election to exercise their over-allotment option, On July 13, 2021, 1,437,500 Class B ordinary shares were cancelled by the Company resulting in a decrease in the total number of Class B ordinary shares outstanding from 7,187,500 shares to 5,750,000 shares. All amounts have been retroactively restated to reflect the cancellation.
