On September 30, 2024, Nova Minerals Limited (the “Company”) filed in Australia its Annual Report for the year ended June 30, 2024 (the “Annual Report’), with the Australian Securities Exchange, as required by the laws and regulations of Australia, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K.

On September 30, 2024, the Company filed in Australia its Sustainability Report (the “Sustainability Report”) with the Australian Securities Exchange, , a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report on Form 6-K.
