Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events On May 6, 2022, the Company entered into a lease agreement with Charlotta Partners, Inc. to add office space to its existing lease in Encinitas, California. The lease has a four-year term ending June 30, 2026. The total commitment under this lease is $0.6 million from June 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
