Subsequent Events	Note 7 — Subsequent Events Management has evaluated the impact of subsequent events that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date the unaudited financial statements were issued and, except as disclosed below, has not identified any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited financial statements. On July 25, 2022, the Company filed with the SEC a registration statement on form S-4 pursuant to the Excelera business combination, as described in Note 5.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
