Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

 

On October 6, 2021, Michael J. Levitt notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Kayne DL 2021, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign, effective immediately, from his position as an interested director of the Company.

 

Mr. Levitt’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
