On July 28, 2023, OKYO Pharma LTD (the “Company”) issued this 6K announcing that, it intends to offer to sell its ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. All of the ordinary shares are to be sold by the Company. The Company expects to grant the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of ordinary shares sold in this offering to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1
