On April 24, 2023, Lafayette Square USA, Inc. (the "Company") disclosed the below information.

Dividends

On April 21, 2023, the board of directors of the Company declared a distribution to stockholders in the amount of $0.15 per share. The dividend will be payable on or around May 15, 2023 to stockholders of record as of April 21, 2023.
