SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the unaudited financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, other than described below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events other than noted below that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. On July 21, 2023, International Media Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) entered into an employment contract extension with the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Mr. Vishwas Joshi (“Contract Extension”). The Contract Extension extends Mr. Joshi’s employment agreement, dated February 8, 2021 (the “Employment Agreement”), with the Company to September 30, 2023. The original termination date of the Employment Agreement was July 27, 2023. On July 31, 2023, IMAQ held a special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”). As approved by its stockholders at the Special Meeting, the Company filed a certificate of amendment to its amended and restated certificate of incorporation (the “Charter Amendment”) which became effective upon filing. The Charter Amendment changed the date by which IMAQ must consummate a business combination (the “Combination Period”) for twelve (12) additional one (1) month periods from August 2, 2023, to August 2, 2024 (i.e., for a total period of time ending 36 months from the consummation of its initial public offering.
