Note 10 — Subsequent Events

On March 10, 2023, Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) was closed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, which appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) as receiver. On March 12, 2023, the FDIC, the Department of Treasury and the Federal Reserve issued a joint statement indicating that actions would be taken to complete the FDIC’s resolution of SVB in a manner that protects depositors. The financial institution was reopened by the FDIC on March 13, 2023, with customers having full access to their deposits and debt facilities as at the time of the closure. Management has evaluated the situation and since the Company is not a borrower or party to any such instruments with SVB or any other financial institution currently in receivership, there is no material impact on the financial statements of the Company.
