Maquia Capital Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2021 (the “Quarterly Report”) by August 16, 2021 as it requires additional time to gather necessary information for the preparation of such Quarterly Report. The Company anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
