In accordance with Rule 457(f) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), the proposed maximum aggregate value of the transaction estimated solely for the purposes of calculating the filing fee was calculated, as of April 12, 2024, based on the fair value of the investments held by Chicago Atlantic Loan Portfolio, LLC (“CALP”) as of January 1, 2024, as disclosed in CALP’s audited financial statements for the period commenced and ended January 1, 2024.
