On May 5, 2023, DT Midstream, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2023 to shareholders of record as of June 19, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
